General Requirements
Any Short-Line Equipment Retailer / Dealer is eligible to be a dealer, subject to confirmation of their business status and acceptance by ATO, Inc.

As stated above, ATO’s reputation is based on treating customers fairly & honestly and providing a superior product with superior service. We expect the same of our independent dealers. ATO also pledges to treat you with the same integrity with which we treat our regular customers.
Due to the occasionally sensitive nature of certified fuel repair shops selling PowerBoxes, ATO does not divulge the names of participating OEM dealers unless specifically asked to do so by the dealer.

Terms
• To receive these terms and Dealer Pricing, orders must be faxed into our office on your dealership’s letterhead, and is subject to confirmation of dealer status.
• Initial orders require payment in full (charged to a credit card) before shipment. Subsequent orders require a minimum 50% pre-payment. Good payment history will allow for net 30 terms at ATO’s discretion.
• No new orders will be accepted on accounts with past-due balances, unless paid for with a credit card and arrangements are made to make the account current.
• ATO reserves the right to limit the credit extended, and will be evaluated based on payment history.
• ATO’s model and serial number stickers and ATO Contact Information must remain in place on all PowerBoxes. Dealers are encouraged to add their own “sold-by” stickers to a PowerBox, as long as it doesn’t cover our stickers. This requirement is solely for the purpose of ensuring that a customer has access to the information they need to contact us should they require technical support.
Shipping
Standard shipping is included (generally UPS to the USA and Australia and Canada Post to Canada). Delivery is normally about 3-5 days to most locations in North America. Given the distance, Australian customers should expect 5-10 day shipping and customs clearance.
UPS next day shipping or premium shipping (where next day isn’t available (Australia, remote locations in North America)) is available at the following rates: 1-2 PowerBoxes, $30; 3-4 PowerBoxes, $50; 5 or more, $10 per PowerBox.
Warranty Coverage and Claims:
All of ATO’s PowerBoxes come with a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty is a 3 year next day replacement and a pro-rated 50% replacement cost there-after. Full warranty details can be found by following the link.
Warranty coverage starts as of the sale date to your customer. It is expected that one of the services you provide your customer is for you to contact us regarding warranty and other tech support issues, but as our ultimate responsibility is to the person who buys the PowerBox, we will deal directly with them for warranty and tech support if needed.
