Participation Terms

1. Any individual or business can be a dealer, provided they meet these terms and conditions.

2. All dealers receive the same pricing structure (including OEM dealers and fuel shops).

3. All outstanding balances are net 30.

4. First Order(s):  The first 4 PowerBoxes ordered are charged at list prices, and payment is due before shipment (as it is with all new customers).  The dealer discount for these first PowerBoxes will be applied to the next 6 PowerBoxes ordered (see below).

5. Dealer pricing begins with the 5th PowerBox ordered.  50% payment is due before shipping, balance net 30.

6. The dealer discount for the initial order(s) will be applied to subsequent order(s) for the next 6 PowerBoxes (e.g.  if the difference between the list price and the dealer price for the first 4 PowerBoxes is $600, then an additional discount (over and above the dealer discount) of $100 ($600 divided by 6) will be applied to each of the next 6 PowerBoxes ordered).

7. Pricing as provided includes shipping, but is subject to all applicable taxes (generally only GST when shipped in Canada).

8. Dealer "Recommended Selling Prices" are slightly higher than those charged by ATO, Inc., to reflect the added value to the customer of dealing with a local dealer and to allow for larger dealer margins and pricing latitude.

9. Dealers may put their own "sold-by" sticker on the PowerBox, but ATO's serial number sticker and contact information must remain visible, intact and as placed on the PowerBox.
