Please: Double check that your machine has both the engine and the fuel-system (or other factors) listed under the "notes" section of the PowerBox usage charts. Just because your machine's model number is listed does not necessarily mean it has the engine/fuel system listed. Also note that some machine model numbers are listed several times, once for each engine/fuel system we have a PowerBox for. | |

Product will be shipped the same-day, if your order is received by noon, Eastern Standard Time, via UPS standard service.

Next day shipping is available for a $30 premium for each lot of 2 PowerBoxes (eg. an order for 3 PowerBoxes, shipped next-day, would cost $60 extra). | |||||

Saturday delivery is available, where available, when requested ($30 premium over next day shipping). |

If you have any problems, please contact us before resigning yourself to returning the PowerBox. We will do everything in our power to ensure we deliver what we've promised, but if it comes to it, please follow the information below. | |

Trial Period: Returns can be made, without penalty, for 30 days or 10 hours of operation (most PowerBox models record how long they've been run). After this trial period, returns can only be made for repairs. Any PowerBox returned after this trial period (especially with more than 10 hours of operation) will not result in a refund. | |

Please call for return authorization and instructions. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted without contacting us first, there can be problems with the border if the paper work is not filled out correctly. |

Acceptable forms of payment: Visa or MasterCard. Payments by check are acceptable, but will delay order shipment until after check clearance (up to 10 days). Other payment methods can be investigated to fit your requirements. | |

Credit cards are charged in Canadian Dollars. We do our best to match the exchange rate the day of the order, but there may be a small variance (just as often in your favor) in the actual local currency amount on your credit card statement. | |
