Ordering Information

There are 3 ways to order a PowerBox

1)  Order online, directly through this secure website.

This option includes payment processing through PayPal.  You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or your PayPal balance.  Start with our Products Page to place an on-line order.

2)  Faxed in order.

You can download a copy of our fax order form here (order form will be available online soon), which can be filled out and faxed into our office at (519) 627-3899.  Payment for this type of order can be made with Visa or MasterCard (charged in Canadian dollars at that day’s exchange rate for foreign currency orders).  Checks will also be accepted, but it may delay shipping by up to 3 weeks for check clearance (repeat customers will likely face no delay).

3)  Phoned in order.

First time customers are usually required to use options #1 or #2 for their first order.  However, repeat customers can place subsequent orders over the telephone.

Shipping times and details

Generally speaking, an order placed before 12pm Eastern, will usually ship same day via UPS Standard to most locations, via Canada Post to many Canadian locations.
