Shipping Information

Handling Time:

ATO, Inc. endeavors to ship all orders within 24 hours.  Generally, PowerBox orders received before noon, eastern, are shipped the same day. The vast majority of our PowerBoxes are stock items, but some models are made to order (clearly noted on their Product Information Page) and those PowerBoxes will ship when available, typically in about a week.

Shipping Options:

Standard shipping is included in the Price of all PowerBoxes.  Expedited shipping is available for $30 per order of 1-2 PowerBoxes and for $50 on orders of 3+ PowerBoxes.  Expected delivery times for these options are listed below.

Standard shipping:

Standard shipping is not the slowest shipping method, but a reasonably priced shipping option.  Shipping providers may change from time to time, but the idea is to get you your order in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable cost.

Typical Standard Shipping Delivery Times and Carriers:

•  United States: UPS, 3-5 days
•  Canada: Canada Post, 3-5 days
•  Australia & New Zealand:  UPS, 5-10 days (most of that time is customs clearance)

Expedited shipping:

Expedited shipping is usually the fastest reasonably priced shipping option (for example, Expedited to you may mean “Next-Day”, but not “Early AM”).

Typical Expedited Shipping Delivery Times and Carriers:

•  United States: UPS, next-day (very remote locations maybe 2 days)
•  Canada: Canada Post or UPS, 1-3 days
•  Australia & New Zealand:  UPS, 3-7 days (most of that time is customs clearance)

Additional Shipping Notes:

1.   Orders must be shipped together, to one address.  It is fine if you and a neighbor want to go together and buy 2 PowerBoxes to get the volume discount, but both PowerBoxes must be shipped to the same address.

2.   We will gladly work with you to find a shipping option that works for you, but we are unable to ship using your account.

3.   With the standard shipping option, orders will ship complete (that is, if one PowerBox on your order is out of stock, the entire order will ship together when all items are ready (never more than 1 week delay)).  If you choose Expedited shipping, the PowerBoxes that are in-stock will ship immediately, and the backordered PowerBox(es) will ship when available (never more than 1 week delay).

4.   P.O. Boxes cannot be used as shipping addresses.  UPS (our primary carrier for most countries) does not accept P.O. Boxes for shipping.
